If your account is closed due to our negligence, you will receive a full refund upon request within 30 days from account closure date.
Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for losses due to malfunctioning software, server crashes, communication disruptions (including internet access problems), system downtime, acts of God, government action, hacking attacks, unauthorized login by third party, misuse or mishandling by User (including but not limited to tampering with equipment) etc.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right at any time and without notice to add, remove, modify provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility as a user to consult our platform's website regularly for updates.
Applicable Licensing or Regulatory Oversight
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed according to laws applicable where this agreement was entered into between you and us (the licensor), without regard to conflicts of law principles or jurisdictions that would give effect to the application of their substantive law other than as explicitly stated. In particular, all issues relating thereto shall be determined exclusively in accordance with laws by competent courts.
Modification History
This Agreement will enter into force on March 1st, 2023 (effective date), and supersedes any prior agreement between the parties related to gambling services provided over the Internet.
